Retired Physician
Retired physician membership is available to any physician who has been a member of ISMS at any point throughout your professional career. ISMS retired physician membership provides you with all the benefits of regular physician membership, along with several additional benefits, including our retired physician volunteer program, for just $50. Maintaining your ISMS membership as a retired physician is an excellent way to remain up to date on Illinois healthcare laws and regulations, stay involved in medicine, as well as a chance to give back to the new generation of physicians.
Please note that retired status is not available to physicians who assume compensated positions in the health care field after retiring from medical practice.

ISMS member’s receive complimentary access to more than 50 hours of CME. Live webinars are hosted on a monthly basis and on-demand CME courses can be accessed 24/7. This includes coursework that meets all of the requirements for State of Illinois-mandated CME hours.
