Register Now for ISMS’ 2023 Virtual Annual Meeting!

ISMS will be holding its 2023 Annual Meeting virtually on April 22-23 and ALL ISMS members are welcome to attend. Register now to secure your spot for the meeting!  

• Saturday morning, April 22: The agenda will include a business meeting, reference committee and other special programming.
• Sunday morning, April 23: A final business meeting, elections and remarks from leadership. 

As you may know, ISMS has switched to a year-round review process for resolutions. They are first reviewed by an ISMS council, followed by the Board. The resolutions receive a final review at the ISMS Annual Meeting before they are adopted as policy.

• Saturday morning, April 22: All resolutions that are finalized will be submitted as a consent calendar and voted on. If any member would like further debate on a resolution, they can request that it be extracted and considered during the reference committee meeting – also on Saturday morning. You can email extractions in advance of the meeting to AM@isms.org. Only extracted items will be considered in reference committee.
• Sunday, April 23: Final votes on extracted resolutions will occur during the Sunday business meeting.

We had previously planned to hold the 2023 Annual Meeting in-person in Rockford; however, ISMS heard from many members that they would prefer a virtual meeting. Therefore, for 2023 we have transitioned to a format that will allow for more flexible participation.  
 
A detailed agenda will be announced in the coming weeks.
