  • Tobacco 21 is Now Law, Effective July 1

    Great news! Last weekend Governor Pritzker signed House Bill 345 into law, raising the legal age to purchase tobacco products in Illinois from 18 to 21. 

    The new law covers all tobacco and nicotine products, including e-cigarettes, and takes effect July 1, 2019
