2008 Membership Dues Calculator

To calculate your membership dues you will need to enter the following information:

1. County Affiliation - State and county memberships are unified, meaning you must maintain membership in both. You may join the county in which you reside or practice.
   
   
2. Optional Memberships - Memberships in IMPAC (ISMS Political Action Committee), AMA (American Medical Association), and AMPAC (American Medical Association Political Action Committee) are encouraged but not required to join the Illinois State Medical Society. If you choose to join any of these organizations, the dues will also be calculated.
