• Lisa Catania, National Account Manager, has over 20 years of staffing experience has been a proven leader in consulting with companies on effective ways of working with staffing firms.  Whether it is a large fortune 500 company or a small business depending on her expertise, she provides an honest perspective and has allowed companies the luxury of saving time and money when needing to make hard hiring decisions.  With over four years in health care staffing, she is aware of the dynamics of a health care setting and the crucial role of a practice manager and has partnered with many on a national basis; creating a win-win-win for the staffing situation.

• Violet Trombretta, Staffing Manager, started her health care career in rehabilitation management and quickly expanded her efforts to focus on all aspects of allied health care staffing. Violet possesses over five years of experience in the health care and staffing industries and is well versed in relationship building, candidate placement, sales and marketing. 

• Jeff Brown, Branch Director, has over 10 years in the staffing industry.  He has a wealth of experience in recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, managing and disciplining of employees in all industry venues for local, national and international placements.  Jeff has provided creative staffing ideas for clients who are in need of staffing services, but are working with tight budgets

• Richard May, MBA, has 30 years of experience in health care practice management, administration of free-standing medical offices and consultation with health care providers practicing in all venues.  Dick founded HuTech Resources in 1995 as a response to the need for higher level management expertise in the physician’s medical office.  He is an expert in problem identification and the development and implementation of real-life solutions.

• Jordan May has over 15 years experience in the health care industry with a focus on accounts receivable management and improved business results. Jordan has been with HuTech Resources since its inception. He is a certified reimbursement consultant with expertise in business operations, policy and procedure development and implementation of new efficiencies.

• Jonathan May, RN, joined HuTech in 2001 to offer a bridge between clinical and corporate. With both clinical and business experience, Jonathan is an expert in recognizing problems, identifying technological and operational strategies, managing change and implementing relevant solutions.

• Keali Driscoll, MPH, also joined HuTech in 2001 bringing a background in all aspects of the medical office including accounts receivable, human resources, contracting and credentialing. Keali excels in practice management with a focus on billing functions, practice growth and business strategy.
