Program Overview

A team of experts from All Medical Personnel will present “Dealing with Conflict in a Healthcare Workplace.” Attendees will learn how conflict can affect profit margins and ways to identify, prevent and change conflict. Alternative staffing options for health care environments will also be discussed.  Topics will include:

• Defining conflict and strategies to foster teamwork in the workplace

• The cost of conflict in the workplace

• Asking for help – the “how to” in working with health care staffing firms

Professional staff from HuTech Resources will offer seminar attendees insights into the changes medical practices will face in the next three to five years and suggest ways to prepare your practice and staff for these changes.
