On the morning of December 17, the Illinois Supreme Court abruptly delayed the scheduled release of its decision in Lebron v. Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, one of the lawsuits brought by trial lawyers to challenge the constitutionality of Illinois’ medical liability reform law.
