Brief Biographical Information: 

A board-certified family practitioner, Dr. Bull is affiliated with the Genesis Health Group in Silvis. He is on active staff at Illini Hospital in Silvis and is a past president of its medical staff. He was a 15-year Board member of Illini and served 10 years as a Board member of Genesis Health System in the Quad Cities. In addition, Dr. Bull is a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and a nursing instructor at the University of Illinois College of Nursing.

Dr. Bull received a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, a Master’s degree in biochemistry from the University of California at Berkeley and his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. He interned and completed his residency at Methodist Hospital in Peoria.

Professional Involvement: 

Dr. Bull has been active in organized medicine for many years. An ISMS member since 1979, he has served on the Council on Economics and the IMPAC Council. He currently serves on the CME Accreditation Appeals Panel and as Board consultant to the Governmental Affairs Council, and has been an alternate delegate to the AMA since 2005. He is a member of the Rock Island County Medical Society and has served as its president.

Dr. Bull is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians.
